Nikki Glaser’s parents, Julie and Edward Glaser regret and apologize for their reaction to the viral video in which Julia Roberts interacts with Travis Kelce inside the VIP tent at Taylor Swift’s show in Dublin, Ireland. On 2 July (Tuesday), Nikki shared her parents’ reaction news to her Instagram story and wrote, “My parents are going to issue an apology soon.”
In the apology video, dropped on Instagram, Nikki’s mother admitted that she made the mistake of using the word ‘Gross’ but she didn’t mean that she was only trying to say weird. She stated, “I probably should’ve said something different than the word ‘gross’. It’s not a nice word. … So, I’m issuing an apology right now for using the word — but I think it was really weird.”
In addition to that, she added, “I meant to say just weird, not (gross) and weird. So nix the gross.” In the background, Nikki’s father, Edward said that it was “too late” to take back the comment.
Nikki took her parents to the final show of the Eras Tour on Sunday. After spending a great day there, the comedian showed them the viral video of Julia Roberts and Travis Kelce from the show in which Julia interacts with the athlete and passionately touches his chest.
Nikki’s parents found this interaction weird and her mother used the word ‘Gross’. Reacting to the viral video, she stated, “She’s so gross.”
“Isn’t that a little much? … She just wants to get in there,” Nikki agreed.
Edward also didn’t like Robert’s behavior and said that Travis was “trying to get away from her.”
Then, Julie said, “She’s trying to French kiss him right now! Just kidding. She would.”
