Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Anime is one of the popular Japanese manga series by Kanehito Yamada. The television series of the manga was adapted by Madhouse same as Orb: On the Movements of the Earth anime. It aired its first 28 episodes of Frieren season 1 in 2023. The amazing news is that the official X account of the anime announced season 2 news during the anime’s 1st-anniversary event, which was held in Japan. This news was hardly surprising, especially considering the popularity of the first season of the anime.
A brand-new season 2 teaser video, teaser visual, and illustration have been revealed by the production team of Madhouse.

Full details of the release are still a mystery, but will indefinitely be announced shortly. The project is still in the early stage of development, so when the production is at an advanced level we might hear some fleshed-out information.
With the new season, fans will continue to see Frieren’s adventures around the world, and how she interacts with new and old characters alike.
The anime is based on the manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. Season 1 animation was done at studio Madhouse under the direction of Keiichiro Saito. The scriptwriting was done by Tomohiro Suzuki (One Punch Man). Evan Call was the music composer and Reiko Nagasawa was responsible for character designs.
Crunchyroll is currently streaming the anime in a variety of subtitles and dubs, describing the narrative as follows:
“After the party of heroes defeated the Demon King, they restored peace to the land and returned to lives of solitude. Generations pass, and the elven mage Frieren comes face to face with humanity’s mortality. She takes on a new apprentice and promises to fulfill old friends’ dying wishes.
