Brooke Mueller Arrested For Matthew Perry’s Death: The Actress Has a History of Legal Issues

In October 2023, the well-known actor Matthew Perry died at the age of 54. A few months later, In Touch exclusively revealed that 

the cops have questioned numerous times about Matthew’s death 

from the actress and Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke. 

In May, when cops arrived at her residence with a search warrant, she was not there but cooperated with them fully after she returned. The cops didn’t arrest her but seized her laptop and iPhone. 

The source said, “She’s hired lawyers and has had multiple meetings with law enforcement since they arrived at her sober living house with a search warrant. She’s being tight-lipped about the situation. It’s tough to say or know exactly what her role is [in Matthew’s death], but she’s adamant she had nothing to do with that.”

It’s not the first time that the ‘Witchouse’ actress involved in a legal matter; she has a long history of legal issues.

In May 2008, Brooke exchanged vows with the actor Charlie Sheen. On Christmas 2009, she called the cops, claiming that the actor assaulted her when they were drinking in the morning. She claimed that he became violent and grabbed her around the throat. 

As per the TMZ reports, the police arrived, and the duo were taken to a blood alcohol test. Defending himself, Charlie said that he didn’t assault her; Brooke was the real culprit and he only raised his hand in defense. 

Still, he proved guilty and spent 8 years in jail. Later, he was freed on bail and paid a bond of $8,500. 

Brooke Mueller Was Arrested for Drug Possession in Aspen in 2011

In December 2011, Brooke was arrested on the charges of assault and drug possession in Aspen, Colorado. The Aspen Police Department officers found her at Escobar nightclub in a drunkard state. According to the police report obtained by Reuters, the actress assaulted a woman at a bar called Belly Up. 

She accepted drug possession charges in exchange for the deal that her other two charges were dismissed. The other charges were dropped, and she was placed on a 12-month probationary period. During that period, she was prohibited from taking drugs or alcohol.

In March 2021, Brooke was arrested on drug charges at a hotel in Texas. According to RadarOnline, she pled guilty to two charges of possessing “one gram or more but less than four grams” of meth and a tiny amount of amphetamine. On 3 March, Police officers found her partying in a hotel room in Dallas, Texas, and arrested her. 

After spending two nights behind bars, the actress came out. But once again in December 2021, she was imprisoned for possessing amphetamine. She completed 160 hours of community service there.
